After many years in the real estate industry, including but not limited to escrow, title search and title representative, Cheryl has been originating loans for over 26 years and has managed to build a large database of clients and referrals.

Cheryl has trained realtors over the years to help them become the professionals they are now. Her caring demeanor has warmed the hearts of her clients and realtors. Her honesty, clear communication, follow up and sense of humor has made what could be a very stressful situation for clients, an easy transition. Cheryl’s excellent communication and follow up skills are bar none. She is always present and it’s clear she enjoys her work, but even more, her clients.

With the mind set of “no stones unturned,” Cheryl continues to strive for more education on various loans not limited to FHA, VA, Conventional, Non QM and Commercial financing to give her clients more options to choose from.
