John obtained his Real Estate license in 1998. He worked for 2 years in the business until he decided to take time to go back to school and get his degree. He graduated in 2002 from CSULA with degree in Business Administration Option in Finance.

With an aptitude in finance and excelling in the analytics of working the numbers, he worked as a Financial Advisor at American Express. In 2002, he became a Mortgage Loan Officer. Helping his clients achieve their dream of buying a home has been part of his passion and longevity in the business. The ability to also find them a personalized mortgage loan is one of the many reasons John excels. John’s 20+ years of working knowledge and experience, in the Real Estate/Mortgage industries, have gained him the expertise in smooth closings and satisfying the needs of his borrowers and real estate agents. He loves in the opportunity to make his clients dreams a reality. He is always willing to take the time to discuss how he can help borrowers achieve their goals of home ownership and mentoring/giving advise to newer loan officers.

John loves spending time with his children, Marcus and Akemi. His other loves are his motorcycles and vintage cars.
